Southaven High-Impact Results Amplifier (SHRA) exists to equip business owners and leaders with practical, high-impact insights that drive stronger leadership, smarter decisions, and measurable results—one lunch hour at a time.

We’re excited to share an evolution of SHRA.
What began as the Southaven HR Association was created to support small businesses through HR education and training. Over time, we’ve seen the needs of our business community grow—and so has this program.
Today, SHRA is becoming the Southaven High-Impact Results Amplifier, a virtual lunch-and-learn series focused on business leadership, growth strategies, and real-world results.
This refreshed format allows us to bring in dynamic speakers and practical topics that serve business owners, managers, and emerging leaders—no matter their industry or company size.
Same commitment to education. Same Chamber connection. Just a broader focus and a bigger impact.
In 2026, we will be offering Chamber University courses ranging from business start-up to scaling over a 3 year learning track. This program will include leadership and workforce development training for business leaders. Please keep your eyes open for announcements of courses in late Spring/early Summer 2026.
